Are You A Member?

Some people say it’s okay to have “just a job” and no passion. Some have their jobs paying for their passions. And some.. well.. Let me be direct.

What I greatly admire about Rosie Sherry is her passion to ignite passion in others.

Rosie founded Software Testing Club – and it is growing successfully year after year. Then she brought up conferences and Ministry of Testing.

Another, perhaps less noticeable aspect is her tireless work of creating news and updates for the testing community.

– I do read them. I like them. I get value from them. And I even learned from them – I’m also writing newsletters for Toronto Testing Meetup.

And I encourage you, my readers, to click on the message from Rosie, read her request for help, – and respond to it with action.

And then come back. I have more to say.

Frankly – and sadly, there are just a few testing tool vendors that get testing. I can certainly endorse Joel for that. And you probably don’t need introduction of Tea Time With Testers magazine.

Now, meet their venture – the “State of Testing” survey.

Are you passionate about testing? Here’s a good opportunity to share. And if you’re troubled and demotivated – do use the opportunity to tell. You will be heard.

And last but not least.

Whether you’re close or remote to Greater Toronto Area, I invite you to join and participate in our events. We have both live and online sessions. We’re about testing craftsmanship and professional development.

Great things are happening. Having membership account is not quite like being a member.
Participate. Create. Empower.
