“Professional Growth Leads and Hacks” is a lightning talk I gave at the Toronto Testing Meetup. These are not the only ideas, but these are what I tested myself and turned out to be rather great.

Intended audience: testers. Beginner testers and “wanna-be” testers for sure, and everyone one else willing further advance on the path of testing excellence.
